Founded in 2025 in Sydney, BaseCase was born from a simple frustration: too many talented graduates were being overlooked because they lacked local experience. We're here to change that.
We believe the best way to help graduates break into the workforce is through structured preparation and real employer connections - not just sending out resumes and hoping for the best. That's why we built a weekend program that combines career workshops, interview prep, mentorship, and internship placement facilitation into one cohesive experience.
